position 3: Collateral Valuation (Maker/Checker)

• Duty Station: Assela District Office, Chiro District Office
• Registration Place: Assela District Office, Chiro District Office
• Collects and checks authenticity of all collateral property documents.
• Observes, measures, takes pictures (both photograph and video as appropriate) and other data of collateral properties.
• Interprets the data, estimates value of collateral, and produces collateral estimation result reports.
• Provides technical advice on discrepancies observed and justifications for variation on estimated values of collateral.
• Collects market and cost price data (construction materials, location value, labor, etc) to update estimation procedures.
• Works collaboratively with all credit performers.
• Performs other duties as deemed necessary.
• Checks and ensures appropriateness of all collateral property documents and valuation process.
• Conducts site visit to counter-check the physical condition of collateral properties, if necessary.
• Confirm genuineness of collateral estimation result reports.
• Provides technical advice on discrepancies observed and justifications for variation on estimated values of collateral.
• Collects market price data to update estimation procedures.
• Works collaboratively with the performers of credit process.
• Education and Experience: BSC Degree or equivalent in Civil – Engineering or Building Construction or Mechanical Engineering plus Minimum of Four years of experience in related works

Position 4 – System Engineer

• Duty Station: Head Office

• Oversight of infrastructure including installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.
• Identify potential issues and proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure accessibility
• Work to standardize repeatable tasks and steps across multiple accounts within a team while providing coaching and mentoring to the junior team member
• Provide oversight to HCI platform optimization, monitoring and lifecycle management
• Monitor and test performance of applications/systems, foreseeing potential bottlenecks and identifying possible solution

Position 5 – Senior System Engineer

• Duty Station: Head Office
• Registration Place: Head Office
• Develop and maintain system implementation and management guidelines and procedures related to systems software, and computing & storage infrastructure.
• Leads the day-to-day operational support for computing, storage, backup and desktop infrastructures.
• Oversight of infrastructure including installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.
• Identify potential issues and proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure accessibility
• Work to standardize repeatable tasks and steps across multiple account within a team while providing coaching and mentoring to the junior team members.
• Provide oversight to HCI platform optimization, monitoring and lifecycle management
• Monitor and test performance of applications/systems, foreseeing potential bottlenecks and identifying possible solutions
• Excellence in communication as a liaison with vendors and other IS personnel to resolve issues
• Coordinate and perform storage and server data backup, data migration and disaster recovery operations.
• Coordinate and perform software and operating system upgrades, patching and track system licensing.
• Configures security settings or access permissions for groups and individuals
• Qualification & Experience:
• BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related subject
• Five years proven work experience as Associate/System Administrator on installing, configuring, and troubleshooting of Server Virtualization, UNIX/Linux and Windows platforms.
• Having industry certification/training in more than two of the following
• Solid scripting skills preferably using shell scripts and Python
• Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)

• Eight or more years of IS infrastructure administration and operations experience, from which having two years’ experience in supervising technology professionals is required.
• Having industry certification/training in more than three of the following areas are required: Unix/Linux, Windows, HCI, VM Ware, AIX, SAN, Backup & Recovery
• Project Management and ITIL Certification are desired.
• Expert knowledge is required on NAS/SAN infrastructure, clustering, backup, NFS, load balancers, system security and variety of server
